  1. Use the E-shop links to help you find what you are looking for. You can also shop by using the Shoulder Bag, Bum bag, Shoppers, Small Leather goods links
  2. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your size and click on the Add to cart button underneath each item.
  3. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the Cart link at the top of the page. You can use the remove from cart link to delete items from your shopping cart.
  4. Click on PROCEED TO PURCHASE to complete your order.
  5. Calculate your shipping.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Orders may be cancelled within 24hrs of order being received and no later.

The Items are dispatched 24 hour period. We will notify you of any delays to your order.

Please note that during holidays (i.e. Christmas) please allow longer times for dispatch. We will contact you if there is a delay.


For goods delivered outside of the EU, the consignee (i.e. the person to whom the consignment is sent) will be the declarant and importer into the country for which the consignment is destined. The consignee will be responsible for both customs clearance and payment of customs duties and local taxes where required. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and completion.


Santal 36 shall not be deemed responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.



1.Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

2.Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our office.

3.We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers



Shipping to Europe is covert.



Santal 36 undertakes to provide as accurate and exact a service as possible; nevertheless, technical, factual and/or printing errors may occur. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your monitor will be the exact match of the colour of the goods delivered.


Santal 36 reserves the right to make changes and corrections to the website whenever necessary, without advance warning.



Santal 36 will under no circumstances communicate any personal data provided by users to third parties.



 All Santal 36 products and materials are made in Spain and England. Your satisfaction is of great value to us, and We will repair any and all manufacturing defects in as timely period as possible. Our vegetable tanned leather products are made with natural, untreated vegetable tanned sustainable leather. Our skins are treated with natural materials. This means each skin is unique in its own specific coloring, markings and striations and the surface is susceptible to scratching. Variations in surface and scratching are not viewed as defects.
